The problem is two fold, Your internet provider is not fast enough to keep up with the data demand of the stream. Sometimes it's on the other end Netflix has cliches & they throttle down the data stream to you, of course they want admit it. If you are using wifi your tv must be close to your streaming device or wifi tv. A direct lan cable hookup might solve it if it's possible for you to run cable that distance. I had dsl top speed for my area & it couldn't keep up, I changed to my local cable company & my streaming has few prolems keeping up.
