This could be due to a few different issues:
Netflix could be having an internal issue. Contact their Customer Service at 1-866-579-7172.
There might be too much traffic/too many members trying to watch movies at the same time.
Your internet connection is too slow (too weak), or you don't have enough bandwidth. Contact your Internet Service Provider for troubleshooting assistance, or you may need to upgrade services.
