Just Joined Netflix

I have just joined and although I can watch Netflix on my iPad I can't watch in on my tv the screen gets stuck stating that it is retrieving titles, it just won't move past this point thanks steve

This could be due to the internet connection being too slow (too weak), you do not have enough bandwidth (would need to contact your Internet Service Provider), or a problem with Netflix itself. If it's a problem with Netflix, I would advise calling their support team at 1-866-579-7172.

Alternatively, you can try to deactivate Netflix on your TV and then re-activate it to see if it corrects itself.

Your tv must have built in wireless or you need a streamer like Roku.
