Just Got Netflix Again.

I have Fios with a router and wi-fi. I have a dvd player, not blue ray. What do I need to do to watch Netflix on my tv?

You need either an Internet-ready TV or a 3rd-part device like TiVo, Wii, PS3, Roku, etc.
