Frequenly Buffers And Pause

I signed up for netflix four days ago, and ever since I started watching movies and tv shows, there has been constant buffering and it interrupts the shows for a long time.  My question is can it be stopped?  This frequent buffering makes it very difficult to watch the shows.

The "frequent buffering" has nothing to do with Netflix; it's your Internet connection. You must have high-speed; if you do, you should contact your ISP.
