Can You Use The Internet On Your Smart Phone To Get Movies Off Netflix?

Yes, assuming that you can log into the Netflix web site on the phone. Once logged in you can stream movies to the phone but expect to use a LOT of bandwidth.
Right now Netflix has an Android specific app you can also use.
