I Need To Reestablish My Account With Netflix.
My wife Mary Boyer opened this account years ago. She died in late October. Recently my daughter used this email address to purchase services aith Netflix. You have her credit card and address..and not my new card (or our original address) on your online account information for us.
Today I recieved an email message from Netfilx cancelling my/our account. I also have an old movie DVD outstanding that I need to return..I haven't used your service since Mary died.
Let's start over.
