Lost Movie Sent From Que

i was just wondering what i need to do in order to start receiving movies again....i lost the movie that was sent to me from my que and its been about  six months.  of course i still pay my monthly membership, but im unable to return the movie because i cant find it...how do i rectify this????

They have a phone number and you can explain to them. I have lost at home and returned when found. I have sent them in and they never received. I contacted them through their website or phone and it was worked out.
