Why Does My Netflix Account Say Its On Hold When I Have Paid This Months Bill?

I went into my netflix account and looked up account on hold and these are the two things I found. There were a couple of answers for it. One there is an AVS hold meaning you need to reverify your zip code because the one given does not match the one the bank has.
The other hold is put on by the owner of the account if you log in and go up to the upper right hand corner click on the help box and then put in the help search "account on hold". It should come up as the last answer and it tells you to click and that will take you to a spot that will help reactivate your account.
