Changing Status

I changed my account to streaming online only.  You told me to send back the dvd's I had.  Which I did.  Now you are sending me three more dvd's.  What's the deal?

This is HelpOwl, not Netflix. They have been inundated with account change requests and are probably just behind. Send the DVDs back and double check your account membership to make sure it got changed to streaming only. It may not have.
