You can cancel your account in two ways:

Log into your account
go to "your account & help" on the top right
then under account management the 4th button down is cancel membership

You can call their Customer Support toll free number 1-866-716-0414, an operator will have to cancel your subscription.

If you want to cancel, you need to either call 1-866-716-0414 or login to http:/netflix.com, go to Your Account and Help and click on Cancel Membership. This is HelpOwl - we don't have access to your account.

1. In the upper right hand corner it says "Your Account & Help". Click it. 2. Just below the search bar there is a list of four links. Click the one that says "Cancel Membership". I did this on a paid account so hopefully it works for you!
