Unlock Sims Card

my phone locked and there is a a 50 dollar unlimited minutes card on it and i want to get it unlocked without loosing my minutes and i cant go to anything the only thing my phone shows is sims blocked and the rihgt anologue thingy says s.o.s and thats it.
