Phone Stuck On Vibrate, Also Voicemail Deactivated.

I have a Net10 300G phone. It somehow got stuck on the vibrate mode and I can't get it off. I have tried everything. Also, I used to be able to get voicemail, but now when I try to call my voicemail it says I can't access it. How can I reset that?

If your phone is on vibration mode turn off that mode by searching the word setting in the menu bar and select the call volume set the volume of your phone according to your choice.
