Greetings - I trust your phone is network/simcard locked. There exist two ways that could be used to unlock it.
1. The 1st one is to call Net10 (This should be free of charge - however, Proof of purchase and fulfilment of certain terms may be required)
2. The other ways is to do so through the use of services of 'Unlock Codes generating site' (these charges a small fee and all they should need is the information that will useful in the generating of the unlock code (eg the phone's IME, carrier name...) - You will have to Google for these - Unlockitnow.com is one of them
