How Do You Get The Preloaded Program For A Alcatel Onetouch?
A SD chip was inserted in a Alcatel onetouch, pressed yes before reading the message, which was reset phone or format sd card. Now the phone is completely un_usable! How can I get back to new customer set up? Or get my number registered back on the phone?

I am assuming that you never backed up your phone to your computer. There seems to be several solutions on the internet, but none to address your particular problem, especially since you didn't mention the Model #. You may try doing a Hard Reset first. You can call your carrier for instructions for your particular model. If they can't assist you in getting the phone up and running, I would contact Alcatel Customer Service at ...
