Phone Service

I recently (yesterday) tried to purchase more minutes for my phone, but when I went to submit my card a message popped up that said, " Credit Card was not valid yet it shows up on my bank statements as being charged. However, I have not received any minutes/airtime and now my phone is deactivated

Hello, it sounds like there may have been a glitch in the system... hopefully they are not purposefully trying to defraud you. You will need to contact Net10 and explain the situation to them. You can reach their customer service here:
