How do I process a return and get a refund from Net10?

1) You call Customer DIS-Service, wait for 45 minutes or more to get someone who can barely speak English.They will ask you lot of questions, and try to get you to keep the phone while they "work on a solution". (This is a guise to get you past the 30 day time frame. Do NOT fall for it.)
2) Once you are sucessful in getting a Refund Ticket number, you carefully repackage the phone exactly as you got it. Mail it back with a note and the Refund Ticket Number, AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. Be sure to get a tracking number from the PO or the phone will never be "received" by Net10.
3) Wait for 6 months or more for your refund. Calling Customer DIS-Service will not help. They will tell you the refund is either "in process" or already mailed.
4) Avoid all this hassle, by NOT USING NET10.
