Phone Disconnected

my name is gerald hatfield and my phone was turned off because of somebody useing my phone on a free chatline service which they told me was a violation of the useage of the service regulations and they told me to send my phone back to them and theywould give me a partial refund of the purchase of my phone and i have 14 days on my unlimited usage card which i purchased. i need an answer if i have unlimited calling what does it matter who somebody calls if i have unlimited calling and chat line has been called a lot of time but it is free i need an answer and i dont want to give up my phone im very happy with my why am i not able to reactivate my phone again i have left a message with my attorney to this matter im waiting for him to get back with me because this is my business phone please contact me with some answers to my girlfriends phone 330-277974 or home phone 330-989-2107 in regards to this issue my name is gerald hatfield and phone in question is 330-259-5056
