Why Am I Getting Letters That Should Go To My Sister In Ny.i'm In Nj.?

My sister uses their Life Support Program, but they keep sending her recertification letters to me in NJ. She lives in NY, does not live with me. How do I get it changed?

You are getting messages because of wrong address. If you want to change it please visit your nearest electricity office and have a word with them about the issue.
