How Do I Find Out Who Is In Charge Of Customer Service In Springfield Ma
I had two very disappointing exchanges with Customer Service while trying to cancel electric service at my mother-in-law's apartment. A simple request turned into a two-day nightmare. I feel that someone in charge should be made aware of this incident.
