My Computer Is Performing Really Slow Is It Because Of The Graphic Card ?

hello !
yes, it could be becausse of the graphic card. If your graphic settings are at maximum performance then the computer tends to perform slow. or other reason could be over load on memory. please check your local disk and clear all unwanted files.
