Search your email for any messages from Myspace that include the email domain @myspace.com. Don't forget to check your spamfolder.
Click Forgot Password and enter the email address you believe the profile was created with.
Click Forgot Password and enter the username you believe the profile was created with. Check
your email accounts to retrieve the Forgot Password information.
Once you have successfully logged into your account, if you are using an old email address visit your settings page to update it.

if you lost your password enter your username or email further instructions will be given.
