How Do I View My Old Comments?

I need to retrieve some old myspace comments to use as evidence in a case against sexual assault of a minor. If there is any possible way to do this, it would help the case significantly.

Messages that you had on your old Myspace account prior to June 2013 are no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

On Myspace, a chats and private messages are the same and merged into one single conversation. These conversations are located to the left of your player at the bottom of your screen. Just click the icon to access your most recent conversations and your Messages portal.
