I Cant Get Into My Myspace. Forgot Password And Password For My Email Account.

Well this is a bit tricky, since you don't know your e-mail password, you will need to answer a security question which you should have before creating the e-mail account, once you've sorted that out, go to Myspace and click on forgot password, type your e-mail address and then you should get an e-mail from Myspace on retrieving your password.
If you have no clue what your security question is, then you are stuck and will need to create a new e-mail and Myspace account, please also note you can now link Myspace with Facebook, so that would help
