For Got Password And Cant Get It Cause Email Used To Set It Up Is Nomore Allinfo

I FORGOT PASS WORD TO MY ACCOUNT I KNOW THE EMAIL USED TO SET UP THE ACCOUNT BUT I MOVED ACCROS STATE AND CAN NO LONGER USE THE OUTLOOK EXSPRESS THAT CAME WITH MY DESKTOP THERE FOR I CAN NOT GO TO THE EMAIL LINK TO GET MY PASSWORD AFTER I WENT TO THE FORGOT MY PASSWORD ACCOUNT I CAN PROVIDE ALL INFO IN THE ACCOUNT IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO HELP ME RETRIVE THE PASSWORD
