Report Imposter Created A Profile Of Me

I have needed to have a profile of me deleted for months now I have been trying to do this. I can no longer get in contact with the person who created the profile. He is in Canada and I am in US. I have no access to log on to the profile as I do not know the passowrds or email address. I have practically sent more than 10 salutes every day almost and no response from MySpace. I am involved in legal matters and this profile or any profile is not in my best interest at this time. I have been months to still not have this removed. Tracy Aguilera is the name the profile is under on MySpace. Please, Please any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tracy
