How Can I Delete An Account That Has False Information On It?

There is an account on myspace which has abusive words towards my daughter and also pictures of her. It also has an innappropriate background.

Send them an email at help@support.myspace.com and give them the link. They might ask for a picture to verify your identity but they will remove the fake account
