Motorola I576 Southern Linc. How Can I Fix The Problem I Am Having?
All I have is a plain white screen. I can see nothing on the screen at all. I was going to try a master reset, but can't see anything on the screen to see how to scroll to the icons it is telling me to scroll to. I went to turn it on yesterday and all that happened when it came on was a solid white screen. It has not been dropped or anything like this. I have taken the battery out and tried to restart and then tried removing the SIM Card and battery and restarting. It still comes on with just the white screen. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey Byan, I am afraid the LDC ribbon must have gotten worn our. This is common with flip and slide phones. You will need to seek help from you carrier's service center.
