Blue Tooth Problem

I have synced up my WX416 to my Ford truck. But when I try and download my phonebook from the phone to the truck it only gives me a partial phone list. Is this a problem with the phone or with SYNC option on the truck ?

You want to make sure the contacts are saved to the phones internal memory and not on the sim card. It works the same way with some Droid phones
