I had this happen too, I was on the phone with motorola and it prompted me for my cell number... I went to look my number up   phone and the icon went away. I did nothing other than look up my number. The customer service rep stated the icon was either for the memory card, if I had one or for internet signal for your phone. its an ICON from straight talk and not motorola.  hope this helped in anyway. Motorola advised talking directly with straight talk.
