How Do I Transfer My Razr Pictures With Motorola Phone Tools?

The help text on Motorola phone tools does not correspond to the screen. I cannot find the file transfer button or the multipmedia suite button which are both referenced. My UI only lists sync, contacts, claendar... but nothing else is visible.
