Will Not Charge At All.

When I plug in my device it will not charge. I have tried multiple outlets.

Hi, sorry for the bad experience, you have mention that you have tried several outlets, but have you tried another charger? If you can try another charger we will be able to check if it is the charger that has the problem or the S11 headset.
