Turn off the phone for 5 minutes and turn it on again.

Also check the service status of the phone by

menu>>>settings>>>about phone>>>status. What does it say under "service state?" It should say "in service."

  • If not in service, then it means your phone is not registered on the VZN network.

You can try to rectify this from your device by updating your profile.

  • Go into menu>>>setttings>>>about phone>>>system updates>>>update profile

Hi!

You can try to turn your device off and then back on and see what happens.

You can also might be having some carrier related issues, I would recommend you to contact them.

Best Regards!
