Oasis Call Button

The call button will only redial the last number Dialed. Does not give me any voice prompts Or end calls. What's wrong with the headset?

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Motorola Oasis headset. You may try to reset the headset back to it's factory settings then check if it was able to resolve your issue. If still the same thing and the headset is still within a year from the date of purchase you may contact Motorola for warranty replacement.

Restore to Factory Settings

  1. Ensure your headset is on.
  2. Press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button together for 10 seconds until the status light is steady blue.
