Speaker On / Off Button On Motorola W4099g Flip Phone

When the speaker off button is pushed, I can't hear the other person. They can still hear me. Everything works when the speaker on buttonis pushed. How can I use my phone with the speaker off and still hear the other person?

What you must have is a bad ear piece or ear speaker - you need to have that replaced at your nearnest mobile phone repairs.
