Can The Font On The Us Cellular Motorola Electrify Be Changed

Unfortunately the device does not come with an option to that, but your device is an Android Phone. There are 3rd party applications that can change the font size on your device. You can go to the playstore and search for an app that you can download on your phone to customize it.
