My Radio Can Hear The Other Radio , But They Can't Hear Me. Help?

You need to make sure that you are all using the same privacy code. This code, also referred to a "tone squelch" mutes the speaker until the correct tone is received. If you do not transmit the proper tone (they are sub-audible) then the other radios will never hear you unless they use the monitor button to open the speaker.
Also note that these radios are not perfect. Transmission can be affected by many things including things you are around like trees and steel structures. Weak batteries will also dramatically affect transmission and range.
Try another channel and make sure everyone uses the same privacy code.
