Motorola Ma357

we r having problems with our ma357.it will ring but u cannot answer it.what can we do? is there any warranty ? its only about 4years old. we have hardly used it.has been in closet for over 2years & we just recently tried to use it again.have replaced batteries but still wont work.please help.
