Cant' Hear People Talking

Whether I'm calling or receiving a phone call, people can hear me but I can't her them unless I have the loudspeaker on.    Help!!

Try to power cycle your phone first by turning it off, removing the battery, let it stay out for a couple of seconds put it back in and then turn it back on. Doing this will refresh the memory of your phone. 

If still the same after you power cycle the device, the last and final step is to have the phone repaired. Hope this helps!
