Sorry about that, but have you tried charging it for a couple of hours? If you have are you using the charger that came witht he device? How about trying another power outlet or another charger to isolate the issue?

If you have done everything above, you need to go back to the store where you purchase it and have it replaced or you can contact Motorola's customer service.
