Keeps Disconnecting From Phone
Pairs to my phone but keeps disconnecting at random, has full charge and everything. i factory reset it still doing it. is this a warranty issue ive only had it like 4 1/2 months

Hi there! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your HX550. Have you tried pairing it with another phone? If not, please try to pair with another phone then observe if you will experience the same behavior. If still the same, you can contact Motorola for warranty replacement since it is within a year from the date of purchase.
