When I Plug In My Motorola Elite Flip The Little Light Blinks Red Never Charges

Red light means that the device needs to be charged. Since you are already charging it, it will change it color after an hour of charging. If the device still blinks Red after an hour, try to use another charger and check. 

If still the same after trying another charger, the device needs to be replaced. Motorola offers a standard one year warranty on some of it's devices and your device is covered by it. You can go back to the place of purchase for a replacement or you can call Motorola Customer Service using the number below.
