Will Not Start

The phone keeps flashing the m has tried hard rebot

-Forced reboot (Press and hold the power key + volume down key for 10 seconds), plug into charger and try again if no response.

-Make sure there is more then 5% charge available

-Remove SD card and try again

-Verify approved chargers and charging habits (use the charger that came with the phone).

-Perform a Clear Cache partition .

You can follow the steps here

-External Reset (Last Resort). Keep in mind, when using this feature everything is deleted. Nothing saved on the SD card will be affected. You can follow the instructions
