Sd Card Problems

My Motorola electrify m will not recognize an SD card. I tried 2 different cards and neither one is recognized. I also checked the SD card on my computer and it works just fine so its gotta be the phone. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with you Motorola Electrify M. Since yu mentioned that your SD card is working on a computer that means your SD card slot might be damaged. The phone needs to be serviced for repair. You can either contact your carrier for warranty options or you can also contact Motorola.
