Hi,
Sorry to hear that. Is it happening when you open the text message app itself? Does it happen when you try to open a specific message or for all of your messages?
Have you tried to powercycle your phone? If not, try to power off your phone, take the battery out for a few seconds, place it back in the power on the phone. Try to check if this resolves your issue.
