Can I Get A Refund And How Does One Do So?

I purchased a moneygram from my credit union over two weeks ago. I sent it via USPS priority mail. Apparently it is lost. It has not been cashed (I checked with your 1-800 number) Can I get a refund, I have the receipt, and send a new one?
