Can I Use A Test Question Instead A Valid Id

In order to receive a transaction, sent using MoneyGram, the receiver must present a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. a current driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.) However, if the receiver does not have a valid photo ID, the sender can add a Test Question and Answer to a transaction. As long as the receiver can answer a Test Question, the MoneyGram agent will be able to payout the transaction without a need for a valid photo ID to be presented. The Test Question and Answer are allowed on the transaction under $899.00 USD, are not allowed on transaction sent to Arizona and not available on transactions sent using our online service. Also, different countries have different regulations and may require a valid photo ID to be presented for every transaction, regardless of the amount.
