Can't Find Reference Number

Can I still pick my money up if don't have reference number but I do have my ID???

If you need to receive money, it must be done in person at a MoneyGram agent location following the below steps:

Ask the sender for your Reference Number. Most people call or text this number using their mobile phones.
Visit a MoneyGram Location. The Reference Number, and valid photo identification are necessary to pick up the funds.

Complete the Receive Form at the location and hand the completed form to the MoneyGram agent. Or you can pick up the MoneyGram phone to complete the receive process.
