Perge Valve 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Rs

Where is the Perge Valve 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS? We've looked all over the car can't find it. We've been told it's along the fender wall on the passenger side, it's on the firewall. Can't find. A schematic or picture would be helpful. Thank you.
