I Installed A New Virus Program And My Favorites Will Not Load

the favorites are there but will not move to address bar when I click on them.I have to enter manually. something is turned off in my computer and i cannot find where it is.

Try to turn off your firewall,make sure that a previous anti-virus installed is completely removed then try it again.
